Global online qual using pop communities in over 40 markets launched by Verve

Verve launch global qual pop up communities approach to undertake high quality agile research faster, better and for less.

Online changed the way International quant research was done forever – reducing the need for global face to face field forces. Verve are now rolling out a global online qual approach utilizing multi-country pop up communities and their range of agile insight approaches in order to do the same for qual.

Cooper says “I love the way that with smartphones, video and a whole host of highly interactive agile approaches we can bring the voice, and the face, of customers globally into our stakeholders lives.”

He continues “Not only are there speed and cost benefits of online qual but stakeholders can actively participate too in the virtual environment which just isn’t practicable in the physical world”

Verve Global Pop Up Communities are available in 40 major markets and many minor ones too. They are local language moderated with video being captioned to allow head office staff to hear and feel the customer emotion first hand, but understand it in English.

Verve have used their approach so far for qual and immersion applications such as U&A, product testing, concept testing, co-creation, comms development, creative testing, customer journey mapping along with broader trends and lifestyle exploration.
